The Management field.

Hey there! It's Jishnu again.
We need a few recruits in management field. Thus there'll be a test specifically for the purpose.
We've put down a set of minimal skills to qualify for the interview also to pass the test. Followed are the requirements:

• Planning: One of the primary skills required. Planning  event/trip/budget in the best way possible without offending any member of the team.

• Communication: There's always occurrences of misunderstanding, difference in opinion, issue with a single/multiple members of team etc. Solving these require great set of communication skills.

• Decision making: A manager will face critical situations where   he/she will need to make the right decision for the team and not back down but learn from experience.

• Delegation: Members in the team might fall sick or find some urgent work for themselves. This causes workload. Redistribution of work will be demanded and a manager should be ready to do it.

• Problem solving: It comes to the manager when his team fails to get on a common ground with the problem. Solutions should solve and satisfy the team.

• Motivation: It's normal for a team to not be sportive all the time. But it's not normal for a manager. The position asks the individual to not lose hope him/her self but also help motivate the team in a down fall.

With these skills mastered you can be an ultimate manager but we don't specifically ask for it. We're all learners. Try your luck if you have atleast one of the above skills.
