Mechanical field

Hi again! Jishnu here. One the most important fields which needs a lot of concentration in basic robotics is Mechanics. We are giving a fair deal to all the mechanical engineers in giving a test and to be part of the team. Minimal skills required are as follows: • Problem solving: Put together the knowledge and analytics, an individual must be able to solve a problem related with mechanics. • Creativity: Mechanical engineering demands creativity. One must be able to think in every way possible to make something run effortlessly and efficiently. • Clear communication abilities/collaboration: Mechanics usually require team work. Thus, it's really important to have the right sense of communication among the mechanical engineers in order to succeed in a task. Also there's a diversity in the fields. This asks for collaboration with members of the other group. • Mathematics: Mathematical analysis is required to sort out a problem without the practical applications...

Programming field

Tizzy up! Kishore here. In order to get into the team, there are some necessities like one should qualify in the exam with minimum scoring.  As far as the coding is a concern, one is allowed to write the code in their suitable environment. Logical reasoning is expected to be the major part to choose. The pattern of question paper will test the ability of problem-solving, logical reasoning, coding skills, data structures and algorithmic binary search, sorting techniques, case study and a bit of knowledge on core or domain related definitions, concepts. BASIC NEEDS: 1.    One should have the minimum knowledge on coding with some basic syntaxes. (doesn’t matter what environment you do). 2.    Analyzing and Algorithmic. (which may include a case study.) 3.     Good reasoning skills

Electronics field.

Hi there! Varun here. Apart from the areas mentioned earlier robotics mainly requires electronic field knowledge which includes the knowledge on processors, sensors which suit perfect and minimal to complete our requirements. We are giving a fair deal to all the electronic engineers in giving a test and to be part of the team. Robotics is a humongous field which requires the expertise of mechanical engineers, electronics engineers and computer scientists. If the chassis of the robot is the skeleton, that is taken care by the mechanical engineers, then the electronics engineers are responsible for the internal organs of the robot. That means they are responsible for the electronics that is required by the robot to complete its tasks. It may be stuff like these 1. Selecting and programming the required micro-processor 2. Selecting the various peripherals required for the robot 3. Designing the hardware required for it. What I mean is, sometimes the present hardware will not be...

The Management field.

Hey there! It's Jishnu again. We need a few recruits in management field. Thus there'll be a test specifically for the purpose. We've put down a set of minimal skills to qualify for the interview also to pass the test. Followed are the requirements: • Planning: One of the primary skills required. Planning  event/trip/budget in the best way possible without offending any member of the team. • Communication: There's always occurrences of misunderstanding, difference in opinion, issue with a single/multiple members of team etc. Solving these require great set of communication skills. • Decision making: A manager will face critical situations where   he/she will need to make the right decision for the team and not back down but learn from experience. • Delegation: Members in the team might fall sick or find some urgent work for themselves. This causes workload. Redistribution of work will be demanded and a manager should be ready to do it. ...
